Someone forgot to make a New Years Resolution

Consider this my special New Years post- a quick highlight of just some people who should have made their last years New Years Resolution to try to be anything other than the sick pervs they are. Maybe, with proper jail time- they'll be able to make up for it this time around.

Neil Edwards was recently released from jail, the repeat offender- let loose Sept. 6 of this year after serving a laughable sentence of 7 years clearly didn't learn his lesson.

A child molester recently released from prison was arrested Monday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a mentally retarded man.

Neil Edwards, 66, befriended the man last Friday and brought him to Edwards' Peeples Valley home, where he proceeded to sexually abuse him, Yavapai County sheriff's detectives said.

Next up, and a little more special because this one is from my beloved Ohio, we have William Dexter Saint-John... he wanted to get one of those great carry and conceal deals for guns from Ohio.

According to deputies, William Dexter Saint-John had applied for a concealed weapon carry permit in November.

He was charged with falsification after a background check showed that Saint-John had a long criminal history, including a child molestation conviction in Georgia, where he spent time in prison.

Next meet Anthony Uckele, sick perv and internet predator who sexually abused a 12 year old girl he met online. (Side note- I'm really really losing patience with you people who CONTINUE to allow your kids to go online without supervision. In fact- I'm starting to believe that in cases like these, the parents ought to be charged with endangerment, for not ensuring that they are protecting their children)

Authorities say Uckele, a former West Valley College student, had sex with the girl numerous times in the course of a seven-month relationship, which began in 2005 when Uckele saw her MySpace page and sent her an electronic message. At the time, Uckele was 22 but listed his age on MySpace as 16. The girl was 12 and testified that she listed her age as two or three years older.

But the girl, whose name is being withheld to protect her privacy, testified that both admitted their true ages within a short time after they first met, and before they had sexual intercourse. Defense attorney Richard Pointer has said his client admitted having sex with the girl twice, but suggested that she has exaggerated the number of times.

Authorities on Tuesday began the long work of clearing up a backlog of charges against Ross M. Wenner, an alleged sexual predator of young girls in four Minnesota counties.

In Dakota County District Court Tuesday, Wenner, 26, pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping, felony harassment and soliciting a 12-year-old girl for sexual activity in Lakeville last summer.

Oh yeah, that's one that will be rotting in hell.

Isaac Nathan Tillis had a 16 year old student with less than desirable grades, so to fix the problem, he offered a less than desirable solution:

Isaac Nathan Tillis was arrested after repeatedly telling student she could earn an "A" if she gave him oral sex. He lured the girl into a teacher's lounge bathroom on Wednesday, but once inside police and the girl sprung a trap.

The 16-year-old was wearing a hidden listening device, which recorded Tillis' proposition after he dropped his pants, police say. The 29-year-old teacher had also scribbled his request on a hall pass, an arrest report states.

And to think- I got offended when my teachers suggested I earn my grade by doing extra work.

OMG STOP THE BUS!!!

I can only imagine that that is what was going through the 30 year old school bus drivers mind when he was driving children to school and spotted a hooker. I imagine that was his thought... because that was what he did.

Evans say the man stopped twice Wednesday to talk with the officer posing as a prostitute. The first time he had one child aboard and the second time four, ages 5 to 9.

The sheriff says the driver gave the officer a paper with his phone number and told her he wanted to rendezvous after delivering the children. Instead, deputies arrested him and delivered the children themselves to McKenny Elementary School.

Peeping Tom leaves Police Scratching their Heads

Brian Lee has a long history of being a pervert with a clear resolve to earn the nickname peeping Tom... so with his history of bad behavior, police are starting to wonder just why the sicko isn't a registered sex offender. Personally- I'd be wondering why the ass isn't in jail... but that's just me.

-According to court records Lee was convicted in 1992 on lewdness in Roy

-In 1995, there was another lewdness conviction in Davis County.

-A year later, he pleaded no contest to lewdness for an incident at Roy High School.

-In 2004, he was fined and given one year probation for the incident at Weber State.

-The same year, he was jailed for 90-days for a lewdness charge at Northridge High School in Layton.

-In 2006, he was fined 1,000 dollars for another school incident at Sunset.

-And last spring, he was jailed after pleading guilty to Lewdness in Harrisville.

Now school officials have put out warnings about this wack job, and of course he's has sex offender treatment (HAHAHA as if that ever works) but it doesn't answer the question as to why he's not on the SOR.

"I have this problem that I can't control. I don't know what's wrong with me."

The Harrisville police chief said people like Brian Lee should be on the state sex offender registry.

“If not then maybe have enhanced penalties for this type of crime,” Jackson said.

Currently, Lewdness charges are listed as Class B misdemeanors. The state law doesn’t include Class B misdemeanors as a requirement to be listed on the sex offender registry.

“I think the legislature needs to look at this,” he said.

They sure as hell do. But, don't hold your breath waiting for them.

Naked sex offender caught

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not- but despite the chilly weather, we seem to be having some sort of 'attack of the naked people' going on. Not to long ago, I commented on a sex offender who was caught walking naked along the beach, and then we had the one who was caught after repeatedly exposing his nasty self to a young girl, we even had one where the freak of nature was going at it with a blow up doll in public. We even had a naked mayor.

Our latest perv, Michael Ryan South is a convicted sex offender who was recently spotted walking naked in a Hurley, Mississippi Park. He was apparently caught by two teenage boys who contacted police, which may have just prevented a heinous crime as police say that he could have been searching for another victim:

South, a convicted sex offender, served 15 years in an Alabama prison for sodomizing a 10-year-old girl. Investigators believe he may have been looking for another victim.
"There's no doubt in my mind he was fixing to strike again," said Sheriff Byrd, who was the first on the scene. "I walked up and I asked him who he was," said Byrd.
The sheriff says South first told him he was simply using the bathroom, but then changed his story saying he liked to walk around in the nude. Byrd says he didn't believe any of it, and then proceeded to check South's car, where he found a clown wig, a fake mustache and a jar of vaseline.

Winnipeg, Cleveland, Camden, Melbourne, and Frisco

Betcha you're wondering what all these cities have in common, aren't ya? Well it seems that each of these fine cities share a common goal of wanting to capture one sexual predator or another... so here's the list- maybe you can help them out.

Winnipeg police appealed for the second day in a row today for any information on a man who sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl early Saturday.
The girl was walking alone near Arlington Street and Alexander Avenue at about 1 a.m. when a man driving a car stopped and offered her a ride. The child accepted, and once inside the car was threatened with violence if she did not cooperate, police said.

The man then drove her to a nearby secluded area and raped her. He then drove the girl back near where he had picked her up and let her go.

The suspect is an Asian man in her early 20s with black spiked hair with brown highlights.

Marshals in Cleveland are seeking a sexual offender who failed to register:

U.S. Marshals are looking for Jerry Malone, 63, accused of failing to register his address with a county sheriff's office. He most recently registered in Lucas County, but failed to re-register.

Camden police are seeking a man they believe has attacked 3 girls, in each case the suspect was driving a dark colored minivan.

Police in Camden are warning that there's a sexual predator on the loose who has now struck three times.

The man has attacked girls at 8th and Everett in October, the 1900 block of Mulford in November, and just one week ago on Hayes Avenue near the Camden Promise Charter School.

Officials in Melbourne are searching for an escaped offender who took off while being escorted by two guard to a mental hospital.

A SEX offender who absconded while being returned to a high security mental health hospital in Melbourne is still on the loose, police say.
Sean Broaders, 44, a patient at Thomas Embling Hospital, which caters for mentally ill offenders, was being escorted by two staff members back to the hospital after a medical appointment last Friday when he broke loose and escaped.

Police believe Broaders caught a taxi in O'Keefe Street at Heidelberg Heights and travelled to an address in Harts Parade at Hawthorn East.

And Frisco, well they are searching for Mario Martinez, who is charged with raping a woman in 2001. And, just to spike your interest in helping get this pervert behind bars where he belongs- there is currently a $3000 award out on him.

Frisco is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Mario Martinez.

Police said Martinez and an accomplice kidnapped a woman and raped her in 2001.

Accused Sicko Pisses off Judge

And most likely a lot of other people.

Kevin T. Odette, accused of molesting dozens of children was beaten in jail. No sympathy for him though, because the ass decided it was important that he admit he deserved the beating... in a letter to the family of one of his victims.

A Mt. Morris man accused of molesting dozens of children over the past 20 years recently sent a one-page letter to the family of one of his victims, wishing them a "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."

The mother of the two victims said Odette's letter also asked the family to forgive him, especially because he has forgiven himself.

But Odette's correspondence with the victim's family enraged Central District Judge John L. Conover, who immediately stopped Odette from sending mail to anyone from the Genesee County Jail.

The mother of the victims promised to be at every single hearing in order to assure that this pervert gets the punishment he deserved, and also noted that she didn't want her children receiving mail with his name on it. I doubt anyone can blame for for that, especially since he's got a history of deviant behavior:

Odette faces at least 15 charges in five cases before three different Central District Court judges, including first-degree criminal sexual conduct, possession of child sexually abusive materials, and using a computer to commit a crime.

The cases involved boys and girls, aged 7-13, some elementary school aged and two of them teenagers. The cases began when a relative reported finding child pornography when Odette was moving from Vienna Township to Burton earlier this year.

Investigators later found 75 VHS tapes and more than 200 DVDs and believe he could have molested as many as 75 children from the Gaylord, Lansing, and Flint areas.

No issue of consent, so no rape

In what is one of this weeks top 'fucking piss me off, stupid ass orders by a judge' Justice Trevor Riley declared that the term 'rape' could not be used in a case where two adult men and three teenage boys sexually assaulted an 11 year old boy.

His completely asinine excuse for his decision was:

Justice Trevor Riley told the court the case is not about rape because there is no issue of consent.

He said while the crime of sexual intercourse with a child was very serious it was not rape.

Primate Headlines

Today provided an interesting group of articles on sexual offenders, so I thought I'd quickly share them with you.

First up, 14 year old Colt Harris who forced a 4 year old to preform oral sex now wants his name off the sex offender registry. This lawyer presented witnesses that included his parents who voiced their concern that the little delinquent shouldn't have to publish his name and address.

Then we had the naked hiker who was arrested for, well for being naked while hiking. He was sentenced to 3 years as a result- turns out his arrest violated his parole. But, I'm pretty sure we haven't seen the last of 53 year old David Todd- since he still has a trial for rape charges from a separate arrest in Baltimore County.

And then we have Lewis M. Ingalls, 40. In a 'no big shocker' the high-risk sex offender admitted in court to getting child pornography from the internet. He'd been previously convicted of attempted first-degree sexual abuse in 1994 for sexually assaulting a girl in Allegany County, for which he was released in 1998. He was leveled in the group that is the 'highest risk of committing new offenses'. Why we even let these scum bags out to begin with is beyond me, but at least there's a shot that it'll be a while till we see him free again:

When he is sentenced March 17, Ingalls will face a mandatory minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 40 years in prison, according to U.S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn.

No Music for You...

In what is sure to be one of this months more interesting sentences, a judge decided that a 21 year old musician had used his talent to land him a romp with an underaged girl and so ordered the man off the stage for the next five years.

Waukesha County Circuit Judge Ralph Ramirez sentenced Shesto to 2 1/2 years of prison and 2 1/2 years of extended supervision, but stayed the term and placed Shesto on probation for five years. He was also ordered to serve a year in jail — including one month behind bars and 11 months on work release.

"You love your music," the judge told the defendant. "Your music has been the tool by which you have ingratiated your way into the lives of these girls. You may not play in a band in any public appearances during the term of your probationary period. I'm taking away from you the tools by which you worked your misdeeds, sir."

Shesto was ordered by Ramirez to register as a sex offender and told that, while he is on probation, he cannot have access to the Internet or a cell phone unless approved by his probation agent.

Sounds musical to me. Jail time was really needed... but there's always the chance that he'll break probation and be awarded some well earned stays in a cell.

Child Molesting Priest Fails to Show

New Jersey's most hated perverted priest seems to have missed an important date...

A judge today issued a bench warrant for the arrest of James Hanley after the former priest and admitted child molester failed to appear for his 9 a.m. sentencing on a weapons offense connected to a 2006 incident at a Secaucus hotel.

The amazing part is that he wasn't even facing any more jail time, since he'd served time while waiting for his trial.

The even more amazing part is that he's out of jail to being with despite his crimes:

New Jersey's worst known clergy sex offender, Hanley was removed from the Catholic clergy five years ago. He later admitted in a sworn statement for a civil lawsuit that he sexually abused about a dozen child parishioners in Mendham and Pompton Plains between 1968 and 1982.

Giggles the Clown

A normal person would hope that Giggles the Clown would have been given good reason to stop laughing, but thanks to a judge it seems that the the joke is on us... and Giggles will get barely more than a "prop" of a sentence.

Under a plea agreement from the Otero County District Attorney's Office, by pleading guilty to attempted Internet luring of a child, six felony charges against 30–year–old Antonio Lazcano were dropped and he will not have to register as a sex offender.

Lazcano will serve 15 months behind bars, but he's already spent 227 days in jail so he should be out in the next 8 months.

Plea agreements... the worst joke ever played on society. Of course, I know you're holding on to your seats wondering just what trick landed Giggles in court to begin with.

Lazcano was arrested back in May in Grand Junction after a mother found sexually explicit photo's of him in her underage daughter's email. That mother says she's extremely disappointed with Lazcano's sentence and can't believe the district attorney's office dropped the charges.

I know... I can't believe it either. But I bet Giggles is getting a hell of a kick out of it.

Boys will be boys...

Except some boys, who will be attempted rapist.

Two boys, ages 11 and 14, have been charged with breaking into the home of a 60-year-old woman and trying to sexually assault her, police said Tuesday.

The boys wore bandanas and gloves when they broke through a window in July, and one of them tried to sexually assault her but stopped when a heart device was triggered, Detective Scott Stanfield said.

The boys were charged with burglary with intent to commit sexual assault. The boys had a kit that included items to restrain the victim, Stanfield said.

ELEVEN???? What the living hell is wrong with these KIDS??? First, take the 14 year old out back and beat his dumb little ass, cause clearly his sick little mind has had too much free time and his parents have at some point missed the chance to teach him to behave like a human. Then, take the other two kids who, STOOD WATCH outside of the house and put them in a not so sweet juvi. Cause, they are beyond the line of being able to be helped.

Then run back to the first two, beat their asses a little more and then give them a long extended holiday... in a 6 by 6 jail cell for the next few years...

This folks.. this is what happens when parents fail to train their children properly, and when children fail to know how to act as if they have brains... this is the point when you wake up and realise that really, some folks should just be neutered.

Honestly, lengthy jail time for all... cause it they want to commit adult crimes, then they should do adult time.

Joseph Belanger used to work at the state hospital's sex offender unit, employed merely to give society a false sense of hope that the pedophiles the state releases aren't really that big of a threat anymore. He used to work there. Currently, he's not working there. And the state is desperate to find someone else to fill this waste of tax payer dollars position.

And while I roll my eyes at this insanity, I have to point on the irony that Belanger only resigned his job cause he...

William Wray II

After years of playing catch and release with William Wray II , I'm crossing my fingers hoping that officials take note of his case, and use ti to gain some insight on the fact that it's not if a pedo freak will offend again.. it's when, and how many times.

The prosecutor also called attention to Wray's abuse of other children in the 1990s and his arrest in 2001 on a charge of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy.

Silver acknowledged that Wray has sexually abused numerous children but argued for leniency.

Other children (more than one) in the 90's. A boy in 2001. That's AT LEAST THREE... but likely more. Numerous sounds like more than three, doesn't it? But... we'll call it at least three. And yet, some half wit let him out into society after the 2001 case. Guess what he did?

William Wray II pleaded guilty to the charges Sept. 12. Prosecutors say he coerced two girls to engage in sexually explicit conduct and recorded the acts.

When law enforcement officers raided Wray's residence in March they found numerous images of child pornography, several computer drives and two videotapes of him committing sexual acts with minor children, including the two victims.

His computer was connected to a file-sharing system, and prosecutors said he was found to have distributed, received or possessed more than 600 images of child pornography that included sadistic or masochistic violence involving prepubescent minors.

Thankfully, he was sentenced to 50 years this time... so there's a good chance he might be released in a body bag rather than walking out on his own two feet. Still... sad that it took them this damn long to see that this perv deserved some serious time... although, it's hardly enough, and at least for his newest victims- a little late.

Leslie Edwards Phenneger III

Leslie Edwards Phenneger III seems to have a problem. It seems that the registered sex offender really missed jail, and clearly wanted to find a way to get back in. We can only hope that he gets a judge willing to grant his wish pretty damn soon...

Leslie Edwards Phenneger III, 43, of Rising Sun, was arrested yesterday and charged with four counts of indecent exposure and is being held on $35,000 bail at the Kent County Detention Center, state police said. He is currently on probation for a prior sex crime, police said.

Police said the latest investigation began Nov. 30 when a trooper was called to Foreston and Burditt roads in Chestertown for a report that a man was sitting in his car and had exposed himself to a girl who had just gotten off a school bus. Police said the girl ran away when the man tried to talk to her, and the man was not found.

On Dec. 5, police got another call from the same area to say the man had returned. Police responded and arrested Phenneger, they said. Authorities said they searched the man's Rising Sun home and confiscated a computer that contained child pornography.

In all this sicko perv flashed a seven year old girl FOUR times before being tracked down.

Huckaffender

For those who care about politics, or at least care about dumb ass moves by those in politics... you might want to read a little about the presidential hopeful that supported the release of a sexual offender who upon his release decided to commit more heinous crimes...

As governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee aggressively pushed for the early release of a convicted rapist despite being warned by numerous women that the convict had sexually assaulted them or their family members, and would likely strike again. The convict went on to rape and murder at least one other woman.

Okay, so that's not likely to be the actual message- but it's pretty damn close. (Company website)

The personal alert system, called Offender (short for offender radar), would be about the size of a key fob and would vibrate when an offender wearing a monitoring bracelet is within 50 yards.

Supporters say the untested system could be a non-intrusive, real-time way to alert users when an offender is close and let them take steps to protect themselves. But opponents, including a spokeswoman for a rape crisis center, said the device could cause unnecessary panic while not guaranteeing any level of safety.

Someone buy me one, I wanna test it at Toys R Us next time I go. Actually, I'd rather that MY monitor not be the one reacting... a more perfect device would be one that when worn by an offender who comes within 50 feet of me THEIR monitor sends out a LOUD message informing everyone that there is a sick little monkey now within 50 feet of me. That way, it is intrusive, and not only do I get to benefit from my monitor- but others do to.

State Sen. Tim Grendell, a champion of lock-'em-up-and-throw-away-the-key legislation, has invited the Chagrin Falls company behind the technology to demonstrate it today during a Statehouse hearing.

"If there is someone in your area that the state has decided should be wearing an ankle bracelet, you have no idea," said Jerry Pignolet, one of the principals in Offendar LLC. Offendar "is not going to deter him, but it gives you an opportunity to gather your family, get in the car and lock the doors."

But David Singleton, executive director of the Ohio Justice & Policy Center, said the system plays on fears in the community while penalizing people who have already served time in prison for their crimes.

I could care less what Singleton thinks... he's one of those sick freak assholes who believe that society should just allow sex offenders to blend in with the rest of us until they are ready to rape their next victim. He can bite me- cause in a perfect world I'd have a monitor placed on him that has an 'auto inform' message that goes off everytime he opens his shit mouth just to let people know that he's a bit fucked out and should be ignored.

Of course he did well... he was locked up

It never fails to amaze me when people sit back and talk about how well an offender did in treatment, how they seemed to make progress, how they appeared to want to change only to later reoffend. I have to laugh at these 'excusers' surprise that a postboy for treatment behaved differently after release.

Let's be honest- you don't have a lot of people offending while participating in treatment while locked up in a jail- not because they are attempting to fix themselves but BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCKED UP!! Honestly- look at it, most potential victims they have the luck to be around are guards with some sort of weapons and their therapist- who they are trying to fool just so they can GET OUT. And yet... we'll always have one person talking about how well the sicko did- while refusing to accept the real reason the offender was behaving well.

Dianne Deminchuk, a nurse with the Correctional Service of Canada, told court she started working with Randy Scott Burgmann at the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon in the summer of 1999, and seemed to be making a sincere attempt to work through his issues.

"He was motivated to make changes," she said. "He was motivated to understand why he reoffended."

Deminchuk said that by the time Burgmann applied for day parole early in 2000, she believed his risk was lowered to the point where he could be managed in the community with enough support.

Burgmann's most recent offence occurred early in 2004, when he assaulted a 30-year-old mother of seven inside his room at a Regina halfway house. He was convicted of aggravated assault at a trial in September 2005.

Seriously, they ought to make some sort of IQ requirement for these idiot therapists.

Woman warns neighbors about sex offender, and then warns sex offender...

That if he came near her, she'd shoot him- most likely with the shot gun she had in her hands at the time.

"I had a convicted sex offender, kidnapper who cornered me," Parkhurst said. "I don't expect to be convicted on any one of those [charges] because I was in the right."

Weeks was convicted in 1996 of abducting and raping a Walton County woman, according to state records. He served nine years and was released from prison in May 2005

Parkhurst was hanging signs in her neighborhood displaying local registered sex offenders when Weeks and his girlfriend approached in a vehicle. From there, the chance meeting (although maybe not chanced, as she contends the two had stalked her) went down hill.

Police said in a report released Monday that Weeks and girlfriend Maria Rodriguez were driving on the 4600 block of Southwest 66th Avenue at 1:50 p.m. Saturday. They were headed to a thrift shop to buy clothes when they came upon Parkhurst, who was posting fliers of sex offenders in the area. Parkhurst recognized Weeks and thought he was following her. So she got out of her Chevy SUV, pulled 9-millimeter Glock from a holster, and told Weeks she would kill him, police said.

Rodriguez, who was behind the wheel, froze and could not drive away, police said. Parkhurst went back to her SUV, grabbed a 12-gauge shotgun, pointed it into the pair's car and again threatened to kill Weeks, police said.

"It's a vigilante-style move," Weeks said Monday. "She has no right to blow me away."

Aww, poor kidnapper/ rapist gots his feelings hurt that someone would actually threaten to harm HIM if he came closer. Geez... one can only wonder why anyone might be afraid of someone who'd be CONVICTED of kidnapping and a sexual offense.

Had this predator and his girlfriend only been there by 'chance' then why not drive off while Parkhurst made her way BACK to the car to get the shot gun? Oh, wait... give em time to think up a good excuse... oh, now I remember- the two low lives were too busy cussing and blocking her in at a dead-end street.
