Along came a spider

Except rather than sitting down beside her, it bit some lunatic who then blamed the spider bite for his actions:

Philip Ronald Spiers had waited for the young woman outside a Maitland supermarket in 1997, threatened her with a knife before drugging, binding and kidnapping her. He drove her to a secluded location and raped her. Then, in a "disgustingly degrading" act, he had washed her with methylated spirits to reduce the chance of getting caught, then left her tied up in her car's boot on a hot day before calling her family.

Yes, Spiers wants everyone to believe that it was a spider bite from a funnel-web spider that caused him to commit these heinous crimes. After all, society should be stupid enough to fall for that... I mean, we fall for the "sex offender treatment programs work" line of shit every day when we are allowing hundreds of these sickos out of prison and into our neighborhoods. Might as well buy into this pitiful reasoning too, right?

Thankfully, not everyone is as naive as this pervert would like them to be:

But a District Court Judge, Peter Berman, yesterday found Spiers had not committed the crimes because he was bitten by a spider, or had a viral illness, but because he wanted to have sex.

"What makes crimes such as those … particularly frightening is that, realistically, there is nothing that a woman can do to avoid it, short of never being in public alone, a clearly unrealistic alternative," Judge Berman said.

The biggest disappointment in this case is that while the crime happened over ten years ago, and it was certainly cruel and horrific for the victim, he was only sentenced to a minimum of six years in prison.

The judge said he was remorseful and unlikely to offend again. Bullshit.

25 Magicly turns to 5

When Philip Underwood-Sheppard was sentenced to jail for sexually abusing at least 9 children, his victims were relived to know that he would be busy for the next 25 years. Busy sitting in a cell and not being around children that is. But now things may be changing for the former teacher who was convicted of nine counts of indecent exposure, seven counts of child molestation and one count of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

His 25 year sentence might really just be five years long, since it seems he was up for parole already.

"If somebody gives somebody a 25-year sentence, it shouldn't mean they're eligible for parole in four. It should mean 25," says Beaufort County Solicitor Duffie Stone.

Stone is fed up with a system that considers some sex crimes against children nonviolent offenses, opening the door for convicted sex offenders like Underwood-Sheppard to serve only a quarter of their sentence.

Although this predator didn't show up for his most recent hearing, he'll still be eligible for his next hearing... which comes in about a year.

"Here you have a kid with the courage to come forward and go to the police station at the age of nine to report what happened. Yet every year we're going to have to deal with this," the mother says.

"The biggest crime here is not only have these children been victimized, they have been victimized again by having to go to these parole hearings," Stone told WIS News 10.

To make sure that doesn't happen, stone says parole should be abolished to make sure there is truth in sentencing.

And he says prison overcrowding should not be used as an excuse not to do it.

"Prison overcrowding has been the argument all along. I can not remember a time when our prisons weren't overcrowded. Obviously parole hasn't worked, that hasn't changed anything," Stone said.

Police seeking perv

Colorado police are busy seeking information on a internet predator they are hoping to take off line.

Matthew Clinton Bynum, 23, is wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant alleging eight felonies: five counts of sexual assault on children pattern of abuse, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of Internet luring.

James Bova

James Bova is accused of possessing child porn. He is currently charged with 20 counts each of promoting a sexual performance by a child, and possessing a sexual performance by a child. But of course, this scum bag didn't stop with just having child porn... in fact it was his other deeds that lead up to the porn charges:

James Bova, 46, who was arrested back in September on charges he used a vibrating massager to molest his young daughter's pre-teen friends, had collected several videos and pictures of pre-pubescent girls forced into having sex, police allege.

He's currently in jail, on a $500,000 bond. Well, not really. In reality he's at Bellevue Hospital after he attempted to cut his wrists with a the pull-off cap of a bottle.

it wasn't clear if he was genuinely trying to kill himself or if he wanted to get transferred from Rikers Island and away from general population inmates,

I'm going to go with my gut and say this piece of trash was less interested in dying, and more interested in getting out of Rikers.

I suppose deep inside he knew he wasn't human...

And so he picked a more proper place to rest his head:

A convicted sex offender who disappeared from the state of Florida reappeared today in Goshen. Police said 59-year-old Harold John Hilliard was living in a stall at the Goshen Historic Track.

Hilliard was convicted of unlawful sexual contact in 2001 in Maine and sentenced to 180 days in prison. After that, he moved to Florida where he registered last year as a sex offender. When it came time to re-register this year, according to Florida records, Hilliard was gone.

Of course, an even better place would have been jail... but I suppose that is just asking too much of our judicial system.

As if being a sexual predator wasn't enough...

t's a story that might seem like it was made up just in time for Halloween, but police say there's nothing entertaining about this. They're currently looking into why a convicted sex offender, from California, reportedly connected to a 1996 case that's been described as a vampire rape, failed to register as a sex offender when he moved to Corpus Christi.

According to published reports out of California, 35 year old Arvind Balu was convicted in the so called "vampire rape case" in the late 1990's, and the 14 year old accuser claimed, that while one man raped her on a motel room bed, Balu cut her legs with a knife and licked her blood.

I'd like to know, while they are "looking into" things, why a demented monster like this is OUT of jail to begin with. Screw the registering- his ass should be behind bars.

Passerbys Stop Rapist

A car full of people (five) were driving along when they spotted a terrifying sight- a 22-year-old woman on crutches walking down the street was attacked by a man who then raped her. The car pulled over, freed the woman and held the man until police arrived on the scene.

37-year-old Paul Landingham now faces first degree rape charges.

I'm sure there is more to this story- just peek at his mug shot- but I couldn't find a hint of exactly "how" they held him until police showed.

The pot was for pain... so what was the child porn for?

A former police officer, Harold Goodman won the election last year and was selected as mayor of St. Georege MO. And all would have been fine, until police searched his home for undisclosed reasons and turned up pot. The mayor has a plan though- he's claiming the pot is for medical reasons- to treat symptoms of his Crohn's Disease. And, I'm all for accepting that excuse. Not that it makes it right, it's still illegal. But at least it's some sort of excuse that might be half way valid.

I'm thinking he might not be as lucky with explaining away the latest charges against him though:

The mayor of the St. Louis suburb of St. George, already accused of possessing marijuana, is now facing an even more serious accusation: suspicion of possessing child pornography.

Flashers not funny...

New research says flashers not funny. I'm so glad that some idiot needed to actually research this in order to figure out that most women are appalled when faced with some strange sicko in a trenchcoat dangling their goods out there in the open.

Professor Greenberg's research shows that a flasher is a cunning and dangerous sexual predator rather than a pathetic fool in an overcoat, as commonly thought. The professor's Canadian research found that by the age of 18, a third of women had been confronted by a flasher.

"They often make eye contact, staring at the victim," says Professor Greenberg, who has worked with sex offenders, including hundreds of exhibitionists, for 25 years.

"It's not the same as nudists or mooning. An exhibitionist is looking for sexual gratification … What they think is that the victim is in awe of their male prowess. That's a big turn on."

Just a side note to you "wanna be flashers" out there, we are not impressed with your junk being flashed in front of us as if we're 3 and it's a piece of chocolate. And, regardless of how great you think your manhood really is- most of us have seen better.

Too sick for jail, but OK to rape

I'm not sure how this one happened. But, this is what lead up to the judges recent ruling that a sexual predator was a danger to society, and at the same time should be running around in society rather than spending time in jail.

Sandwith, of Guard Street, Workington, was convicted in 1980 of indecently assaulting and committing gross indecency with one girl. And last month he was found to have raped, had unlawful sex with, and committed gross indecency with another.

The court was told he was “a sexual predator” who began grooming the girl when she was about seven and eventually, on numerous occasions, forced her to have sex with him. In normal circumstances Sandwith would be facing many years in prison.

So, pervert gets convicted... and then develops a "psychiatric illness" that is so bad, it prevents him from being in jail. But wait- it's not bad enough for him to be in a psychiatric hospital... so the judge sends him---- HOME. Great.

Yesterday Judge Forrester said although the offences he committed happened many years ago, she still considered him to be a danger to children.

“This man is a high-level risk to children,” she said. “There is nothing to indicate that the risk he posed years ago has been diminished, because he has never received any treatment or therapy.”

She is also concerned that the woman carer he lives with refuses to accept that he has done anything wrong or that he is a risk to children.

She said the woman could not therefore be relied upon to tell the authorities if he stepped out of line in future.

Sandwith wanted to be sentenced in court yesterday.

But Judge Forrester refused, saying she needed more information about both him and the precautions that can eventually be imposed to protect the community.

“I have a duty to protect the community,” she said.

Sandwith was remanded on bail for further psychiatric reports and will be sentenced at a later date.

I don't know about you... but I'm thinking that just the fact he's a sexual predator that clearly can't control himself- sick or not this fucker needs to be in jail. As does the "woman" in his life who refuses to admit he's a danger to children.

Something tells me that at some point in the future, we'll be hearing about Dennis Sandwith yet again.

Primate rebuffed on sexual free-speech argument

Turns out that no matter how much Frank Gagliardi and his lawyers complain that a law which allows police to act as children online in order to conduct "internet predator stings" is "just mean and like so unfair"... a federal appeals court said that "First Amendment provides no refuge for such criminals."

Ha. Take that you sick little monkeys.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan noted that its findings were in line with similar decisions by six other appeals panels across the country that it said had "squarely rejected" the same arguments for "sound reasons."

The unanimous three-judge panel's decision came in the case of a man who appealed his conviction on one count of attempting to entice a child to engage in prohibited sexual activity.

Lawyers for Frank Gagliardi had argued that the law used to convict him required an actual child victim and that it was unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.

The 2nd Circuit panel said in U.S. v. Gagliardi that requiring law enforcement officers to use an actual child as a decoy would significantly impede legitimate enforcement of the law and it was not necessary because the language of the law is clear that it is not required.

The appeals court also rejected his argument that the law "impermissibly suppresses fantasy speech with adults who happen to be posing as minors."

The court said it had already concluded in previous cases that speech is not protected by the First Amendment when it is the "very vehicle of the crime itself."

Bad primate... bad primate. How's this for a "right", you have the "right" to be a pervert... and we have the right to jail you for acting like one.

Walks on the beach

It's completely normal to see most members of the animal kingdom frolicking in the buff, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the ocean breeze while on the beach. Some animals even take to keeping young close to them while walking along. And that too, in the animal kingdom is normal.

What's not so normal (or healthy, or pleasant to see) is a registered sexual offender walking along the beach in the buff, with child in tow. Clearly, someone must have forgotten to inform Hubert Haraszewski, a 31-year-old registered sex offender from Cali of this- as he was recently arrested after doing just that on a California beach.

What led officials to Haraszewski was a 911 call reporting that a man was walking naked on the San Onofre State Beach north of Oceanside with a child, deputies said.

Rangers stopped the man, who told them he was the child's uncle, officials said. Child abuse detectives determined he had repeatedly molested the child, whose age and gender were not disclosed, officials said.

Dutch Touched by Pedo

They did it to Obama, so don't be surprised that they opted to do it to the Dutch Royal family now.

A pro-pedophilia group has posted photos of 3-year-old Princess Amalia, daughter of the heir to the Dutch throne, on its Web site, a government spokesman said Friday.

The site of Martijn, a group that says it lobbies for acceptance of consensual physical relationships between adults and children, also showed pictures of Crown Prince Willem-Alexander's 5-year-old nephew Lucas.

Animals do it in the wild too....

So, we shouldn't be surprised when people do.

Well, not really. Because when animals do it in the wild- they are out in "nature", not in public bathrooms. Oh... and they aren't doing it with inflatable dolls.

A man was arrested after a government agent allegedly found him in an office building restroom lying next to an inflatable, anatomically correct doll with his pants down.

Craig S. McCullough, 47, was charged Wednesday with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor

I don't know what is grosser: the doll... being in public... or laying on a public bathroom floor.

Juvenile Primates

The student sitting next to your child at school might be a little more dangerous than the kids you used to sit by, as parents in Belgrade High, of Belgrade Schools found out recently. Two of the students in the school were registered sexual offenders.

A 15-year-old Belgrade High School student wound up on Montana's sex-offender registry after pleading guilty last year to three charges of child rape stemming from the molestation of a young girl in Washington, court records state.


Tanner David Smith, of Belgrade, remains on probation and attends sex-offender treatment, according to Columbia County, Wash., Superior Court records.

The second student:

Belgrade school officials were alerted to Smith's status as a registered sex offender last week, when he and Albert Brown, 19, also a Belgrade High student, were spotted on the state registry.

Brown was expelled from school. However, the School Board unanimously decided Tuesday to try and find an alternative setting to educate Brown, who has seven credits left to graduate, as long as he remains in sex-offender treatment.

Brown was convicted in 2005 of one count of sexual intercourse without consent against a child in Gallatin County. He was initially charged with three additional sex offenses stemming from incidents in 2001 and 2003 involving three other children, but those charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Smith was suspended this week while the school board decides what to do with him.

Recently, Ohio passed Senate Bill 10. If you haven't yet received your notification from Attorney General Mark Dann's office indicating your "tier" level, it's on its way. If you are at present classified as a low-level sex offender in Ohio, your new level under Senate Bill 10 could put you at a higher risk level, up to and including "Predator" or Level 3. This bill is going to seriously and negatively affect many Registered Sex Offenders and their families. Some RSOs, including people with a year or less left on their sentences, will have their registration requirements extended by this bill. For others, lifetime registration will become a reality. On December 1, 2007, Soclear Media Productions will sponsor an educational forum at the Statehouse in Columbus, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Registered Sex Offenders and their families are urged to attend this peaceful assembly. The following low lives were recently arrested after having sexually charged conversations with police officers they believed to be underage children.

* Michael J. Patterson, 24, a former Indiana law enforcement employee drove over three hundred and fifty miles to the sting location. Patterson was in possession of a loaded weapon.
* John Wesley Elliot, 39, drove from Marshall County, Kentucky to Bowling Green. Elliott is employed with a national window manufacturer.
* Jeremy T. West, 27, Springfield, Tennessee was taken into custody after he drove to the Bowling Green sting house. He is a Springfield, Tennessee city worker.
* Lorne L. Armstrong, 37, Nashville, Tennessee was arrested after driving over eighty miles to the sting house. Armstrong is an equipment operator.
* James T. Fowler, 34, Murfreesboro, Tennessee drove almost one hour and fifty minutes on interstates 24 and 65 to Bowling Green where he was taken into custody. Fowler is a construction worker.
* Richard M. Watwood, 41, Hermitage, Tennessee was apprehended after driving 66 miles. Watwood is employed as a factory worker.
* Dustin McPhetridge, 26, Kingsport, Tennessee was detained by agents after traveling over 210 miles across the Kentucky border. McPhetridge is a DVD salesman and computer repairman.

Each primate was charged with attempted unlawful transaction with a minor, and now face 5 to 10 years in prison if convicted.

So Clear... yet actually a lil fuzzy

I've got a little "primate" theme going on here for those that didn't notice. I thought it would be nice to explain what on earth that is all about.

It all started a while back when I was insulted for using the phrase "sick lil monkey" when referring to some whack job sexual offender. I tend to use that often. It's one of my favorite phrases really. But the person who was annoyed at my use of the phrase evidently didn't feel the love, and reverted to asking why it was I felt I had the right to treat someone as if they were subhuman. My only response still holds true- I can treat them as such because they are acting as such.

These low life scum bags lack the very things that would make them human- normal everyday decency:a compassion for others that keeps them from violating the most basic of rights, and most importantly, the human ability to act like a person- rather than allowing their twisted sexual drive to control them as if they were some rabid animal in heat.

That was the start. The next stage of tossing around my idea came after much annoying bull was spewed from the sex offender cult "So Clear". Their presentation that Ohio Senate Bill 10 was a "bad" thing made me nauseous. "Oh, it's time society just receive us with open arms... that way we can better acquaint ourselves with the next woman/child we plan on sexual assaulting". Give me a freaking break. Sexual offenders aren't being punished by tougher SOR laws- society is being WARNED about them by of tougher SOR laws. They aren't sad that their name is on a list telling people they are pervs.. they are sad that people might see the list and thus take better steps to protect themselves against some sexual offenders deviant behaviors.

But, that wasn't the only bullshit ridden part of the So Clear Org. Their theme for the rally fighting SB 10 really did wonders to piss me off.

Silent No More.

As if they are the victims in this. Not the women they raped. Not the children that were displayed in sexually exploitive images across their TVs and computers. Not the little girls and boys who were violated in ways that no person has a right to ever do. Not the teenage girls who went out to met their online friend, only to return battered and bruised from being raped. No- these sexually abused people are not the victims in the eyes of SO Clear and the sexual predators they rally for- instead the monsters committing the crimes are the victims. Because now society has spoken up and demanded that they be protected from these heinous criminals.

How dare they use the very cry called out by victims of sexual abuse at the turning of societies views on speaking up and dealing with a matter that for years was hushed away in order to preserve what many wrongly felt was "honor" in families dealing with sex abuse amongst themselves. For decades, abuse victims were shamed into remaining quiet. Being molested was just something that one didn't talk about. Rape wasn't a proper conversation topic. And so, victims were forced to remain silent, to push their pain inside and deal with their torment alone.

And even while a huge number of victims of sexual assault still feel the shame of coming forward- a group that represents the "rights" of those that have committed these unspeakable crime are attempting to twist the call to speak out into something that is meant for them, and not the victims.

Silent no more.

That my friends is bullshit, to the highest degree. And that lead to the next phase in my "perverted primates" thinking:

I knew that my site would be themed on monkeys, from the reference to "sick lil monkeys". And with So Clear's fuzzy twisting of the meaning of Silent No More... I knew I wanted to include a reference to that. Which is why you see the hear no, see no, speak no evil monkeys over there ------->.


From that point forward, I knew I would be making a site much like my other one- only focusing on just sexual crimes. But, I couldn't think of a name. And "Sick lil monkeys" just didn't give me the umph I was searching for. Until recently, when I read a story about some naughty little monkeys who were groping women, much to the concern of the people of Kenya.

Gichuki Kabukuru of the Kenya Wildlife Service told the Telegraph that monkeys and baboons commonly harass women, gesturing at them and touching their own private parts.

"Even in our camps," he explained, "when men are out on patrol and the monkeys see women and children, they will become very naughty and make lewd signs at them."

Residents of the Kabete region south of the capital, Nairobi, say women harvesting crops have taken to dressing as men to avoid being bothered by the perverted primates.

And that was it. That was the moment that I knew what the site would be called. Blind, deaf, and silent no more, a place to store all the cases of sick lil monkeys running around behaving like the subhumans they really are.
